1. Professional Staging Consultation:
This consultation is a 1-3 hours walk through of your home. Photographs are taken in every room and analyzed by our Accredited Staging Professionals. Recommendations are then outlined in our detailed report as to the steps you need take in order to professional prepare your home for a fast and profitable sale. Several recommendations will be made, geared to different budgets.
Cost: $250 +GST
2. Complete Professional
Home Staging Service:
Professional home staging involves implementing all the recommendations outlined in the consultation report. The Staging Professionals will do as little or as much of the work as you would like. Homeowners who contract The Staging Professionals will benefit from our extensive complimentary Staged Home marketing services (which can include a professional photoshoot, open house assistance, print and web advertising).
Cost: hourly rate + rental and repair fees, if applicable.
3. Half-Day Transformation:
The Staging Professionals will come to your home and spend half a day transforming your home, using only your existing furniture and accessories designed to create maximum buyer appeal. The service does not include repairs or rental items. No Consultation required.
Cost: $440 + GST
